Having received my commission as Admiral in the Nebraska Navy, it seemed appropriate to have an "official" admiral portrait. The title of "Admiral of the Nebraska Navy" was bestowed upon me by the governor of the State of Nebraska to recognize charitable activities associated with earlier nautical adventures I undertook. These included a 1700 mile trip from Omaha, NE to New Orleans, LA via the Missouri and Mississippi rivers on Yamaha Waverunners and another trip from Florida to the Bahamas (including passage into the Bermuda Triangle), also on Yamaha Waverunners.
