"Notch 8" is more than a luxury on BNSF 2098 as it climbs the grade on it's journey west near the Bison Siding at the end of a long day.

 

The crew has crossed this trestle hundreds of times, but on a morning like this, they can't ignore the beauty.

     
 

"BNSF 2098 is OK."  Track warrants clear the train to Columbia Falls.

 

The musical whine of the "dynamics" echoes off the mountain walls as the sun sets on BNSF 2098.
