< Installation >

1) Copy the included ace files into your Train Simulator\ROUTES\USA2\Textures\ folder.  (As always, be sure to backup the existing textures first.)

2) Also copy the same textures into the following subdirectories of the above folder: Autumn, Spring, Winter.

(The above procedure should also work on other routes that use the Marias Pass fir tree objects.)


< Notes >

1) The snow textures for these trees have NOT been created.  When snowy conditions have been specified in MSTS, the default conifer textures will automatically be used.

2) These files are the same file size as the originals, so no frame rate or memory issues are anticipated.

3) I am not an authority on trees.  I created these trees based mainly on my own conception of what a conifer looks like.  After I created the tree, I did some brief research and decided that the trees I created appeared to most closely resemble pines (as opposed to firs, spruce, etc.).
